<ul>
<li>12' x 12', all wall-to-wall matted and deeply bedded in shavings.
<li>Stalls and paddocks cleaned daily.
<li>Turn-outs/attached runs
<ul><li>Half of the stalls have large to extra-large attached runs.
<li>Horses in other stalls each have a private, extra-large paddock where they are turned out to spend the day.
</ul>
<li>Runs and paddocks are all tree-lined.
<li>Blanketing available ($15 per month extra).</ul>

<h3>B) Large Paddocks With 12' X 12' shelters @ $245 per month</h3>
<ul>
<li> All shelters matted.
<li> Cleaned daily.
<li>Tree lined.
<li>Sizes vary, but average about 50' x 80'.
<li> Blanketing available ($15 per month, extra).
<li> All shelters have a "back window" which we open in the warm weather to allow a nice cooling breeze to flow through.
