  • Turn-outs/attached runs
    • Half of the stalls have large to extra-large attached runs.
    • Horses in other stalls each have a private, extra-large paddock where they are turned out to spend the day.
  • Runs and paddocks are all tree-lined.
  • Blanketing available ($25 per month extra).

B) Large Paddocks With 10x12 or 12x12 shelters @ $300 per month

  • All shelters matted.
  • Cleaned daily.
  • Tree lined.
  • Sizes vary, but average about 50' x 80'.
  • Blanketing available ($25 per month, extra).
  • All shelters have a "back window" which we open in the warm weather to allow a nice cooling breeze to flow through.
